All items are shipped with Australia Post, and rates shown are available for postage within Australia only.

Standard shipping rates within Australia:

$5 Flat rate shipping for any number of items with regular post. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. 

This shipping method is not insured and does not require a signature. 

Alternative shipping methods:

To arrange one of the below additional shipping options, please contact [email protected], or add a note to seller in checkout to be billed the additional amount. 

Express shipping - $10 flat rate - 1-2 days delivery.

Signature on delivery - $2.95 in addition to above standard and express shipping costs

Extra cover for loss or damage - $1.50 in addition to above standard and express shipping costs.

Returns

Refunds can be obtained if an order is cancelled within 12 hours of initial order. Please contact oliviabluedesigns.bigcartel.com to confirm cancellation and refund details.

Unfortunately I can not refund due to change of mind once goods have been posted. 

Exchanges are permitted at the buyers expense for additional postage costs. 

However if you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact me immediately. While I take the greatest case in packaging your items to make sure they arrive safely, damages due to postage are outside my control. I will do my best to resolve any issues like this that may arise.
